How do I clear this. One of my clients fired someone and never got the code from her. How can I clear it.. I can't get into the user tools at all.

Hi we have a Lanier LD232C copier, everytime when it is printing from Tray 1, it will give out a paper jam error when it is not yet even picking up paper...
