      Cyan banding

      Hi
You could have just swapped the PCU with the magenta one to prove the PCU.
What kind of banding do you have? Wide - 25mm apart, narrow - 1 or 2 mm apart.
I have found the narrow banding is usually caused by undertoning and the wider banding is something that cant be got rid of totally (usually found in places where large solids ie: blue power-point pages are printed in large quantities.
On machines that I have visited with banding I tried swapping/replace the complete PCU/dev drive units and had no success.
      Good luck.
