    is I need upgrade firmware?

    Hi guys, I have problem RICOH 3224C

    Now my copier machine version is 1.15

    is I need upgrade to latest version ?

    (1) what is latest firmware version ?

    (2) firmware as as same as "desktop motherboard" BIOS ?
    if no problem, No need care which version ?

    any idea please!

              Koolsol, if it ain't broke... don't break it.
              Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
