SC471 is a Transfer Belt HP error. The transfer belt does not lift in the rear. The rear cam (G060 3894) slips past its locking tab on the square stepped shaft and slips off the side.
Te fix: reposition the rear transfer belt lift cam to lock the tab into the square shaft. Secure the locking tab with a tie wrap.

      (Other possibilities:
      1) the transfer belt locking retainer may have been removed on setup-replace (G060 3687)
      2) the transfer velt home position sensor may be defective
      3) old style transfer belt transfer motor- replace (G077 3706)
      4) Replace transfer belt assy
      5) firmware to 1.18b or higher.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No offence intended but maybe you should just make the service call.
