Panal is working but touch secreen does not work in mp3500

hi dear any one please tell me i have Ricoh MP3500 there is problem in touch screen. Touch screen does not work at all i change all parts even i check all wire Numeric keys are in work condition but touch screen does not work please any one help

You will need to replace the touch screen. There is a defect in the originals for both the b/w and color. Ricoh is replacing them but you will need to go through an authorized dealer or direct Ricoh office. Go to this thread for more info here
