    ricoh 1018D copy reverse side appaer black margin

    hello

    ricoh 1018d copier we install new developer and when start copying

    black margin appear in reverse side on paper

    what can i do ?

    change toner
    cleaning charger roller
    cleaning transfer roller

    Its overtoned. Replace the developer, replace or clean the transfer roller. Raise the transfer cleaning current.

      turn on transfer cleaning, increase transfer from -1 to +1

        Make sure you use Ricoh original toner.

          im turn on transfre current for maximum do transfre cleaning

            Did you set the dev in SP?

            Did you block the dev unit entrance before initialising the dev to stop contamination?

            Did you initialise the ID sensor before adding any toner?

            Are you a tech or end user?
