    [Jamming] mpc 3500 df jam053

    df3010 j053 inverter sensor
i have had alook at the previous post with same problem and have tried neary everything. ive replaced the feed belt, pickup roller and seperation roller. i have cleaned all the sensors including the exit and registration sensor especially. it seems to jam when multiple copies are being made and stops before the exit sensor. i have come across this problem before and by cleaning the exit sensor sometimes fixes it. has anyone got any ideas of what els it can be??

Have you changed the torque limiter?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

You may want to clean/replace any 1-ways. Slippage will give you intermittent jams also.
