    Aficio 3045 touch display goes out of calibration

    My customer has to recalibrate the touch display about 3-4 times a day. I've had the controll panal apart cleaned everything but doesnt help. Its under our contract so any ideas other then a new mask and controller? Also anybody have the part numbers?

    You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.... and
    if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!

      There is a problem with a lot of Ricoh touch panels on a lot of models. You can get a new panel almost for free. Here is Holland the list price is € 0,02...

                  I received the free display today...thats fast..went to the site, changed it..did a recal and left a happy customer to do some copying and check it out!
