Aficio 3245 Registration

I have an Aficio 3245 with lead edge probs, the machine had reg problems, so I changedf the clutch, and it stopped wandering, set up the lead edge, all good. If you switch the machine off, or let it go into stand by, when it comes on again the lead edge is out by a good 3-4mm. This is on black only, full colour is fine. Set it back up again, switch off, same fault. Any Ideas.
