Hey everybody. Got a Aficio 416/1515 fax used to work. (Now no dial tone). Rx is OK. Tx is NG. Keeps Tx docs in stand by & doesn't show in Tx log. I can, cancel communication on Tx though. Reseated fax board & connectors on it. What's up with this thing ?

You may want to try a fax memory clear from fax sp mode.Don't take that toner with me! -
Make sure the cord is plugged into Line and not Tel, If thats OK then sounds like time for an FCU.sigpic

Aficio 416/1515. Tnx. I'll try it. Cust moved Mach to new office themselves. We're trying to connect it for print. Can't do it by network so we did it with USB. Computer is not recognizing it nor find it. Could it be the print controller ?Comment
