Ricoh 2051 Finisher issue

The hook that pushes the paper out gets caught in the paper.
Timing is off? Or the paper is not being pulled out fast enough?
This is only a problem with 5 sheets or less more that five and the hook can not dig deep enough in to the paper to cause a jam.

There are 2 reasons causing that. Either Belt is loose, or more than likeley it is Black Mylar's in End Fence is kinked or has tear in it
