Had anybody encountered this problem when copying in the bypass tray paper jammed intermittently after 20 or more copies, we replaced the whole duplex unit including the bypass but no improvements. When copying on the paper trays no problem. The old duplex unit with bypass was used on other amchine and it is working. we already replaced the bcu but problem still exist.thank you for your help.
