MP-6000 w/finisher problem

this finisher is giving me false jam codes. Disconnected the stapler but same deal. jam codes in duplex/d jam/e jam/r1/r3 jams. Ok on the glass, comes out into top tray. For now finisher is disconnected. machine working without finisher. Thanks T

Where does the SMC log the jam?

change the switches in the bridge unit. Also worth changing the eprom in the finisher. good luck.

thanks guys found a broken tension lever for the entrance drive belt assly. through the timing off. T

The MP6000 doesn't have a Bridge unit!!
