Lanier LD0105 error code SC-738

Hello to everyone,

I service a machine Lanier LD0105 the same with ricoh 2105 it is a 105 ppm machine.

It has worked fine and till now has made 5.650.550 copies but a week ago when i turn it on it says paper jam in R7 in the finisher and no paper is there jus i open the door and close it and the jam dissapear.
After i made some copies it says different time R7 paper jam with no paper stucked and after 2-3 times it puts the error code SC-738 and it finishes the job that you have putted than the eror clears when you restart the machine off and on.

I have seen the service manual but i cant solve this big problem of mine.

PLEASE HAS ANYONE ENCOUNTER THIS KIND OF PROBLEM?
PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

Hallo!!! Look at the actuator on the exitsection of the finisher. Is the actuator wrapped.
Replace it

Check to see if the actuator,B in the picture, has been knocked out of position. it is a common problem
