    Ricoh MP 3025 grey copies

I have a Ricoh MP 3025 I have replaced the Drum Developer and transfer roller
Still getting a light grey coating all over the copies.

There is alot of build up on the fuser.

I have a 1027 doing the same thing but the leading back edge has a black streak on it. The black streak does not show up when you run paper through in Letter R. But the greay is still there. This unit may need a new PCU. This fuser is in pretty good shape.

Personally I never rebuild these PCU's, just replace 'em. Ah, the joys of working for direct!

Or as zed said just replace the PCU with a consumable one. Problem solved.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.
