aarrgghh..... the scanner slams into home position and then i get sc126. i replaced 1) the scanner motor 2)the mcu 3)the home position center. i also checked the scanner pulley screws. please help. thanx in advance.

Have you tried an input check to determine that the home position sensor is changing state? Also, if you do an output check on the scanner motor does it still slam? -
one simple question, did you do the auto ajust scanner motor timing in sp mode. after done the machine should give you a message ajust successful or failed. SP "5.XXX.X"sigpicWe can all Win, but at the end we all loose. Save the greyhoundComment

I cant seem to find the sp for that in the manual... I remember having the problem before several years ago and it seems like i had to run that sp. Now since im getting older and my brain doesnt function as well as it used to, I cant for the life of me remember which one it was. Does anyone know what sp number it is.
