Aficio 3025 dirty lines on back page

    [CQ] Aficio 3025 dirty lines on back page

    Afico 3025, changed drum, however see a dirty fated band on back of the page, leading edge side. most of time it only appears on the first page of copies. any clues. thanks.
    BTW. do i need to reset any thing after change drum unit.

      did u change the developer? and change the transfer roller?

          could be the FCR in the fuser causing the issue...

                  what toner is it - original or non original. We have problems on the old 1015 series with non genuine toner with those symptoms but not yet on 3025 but nothing would surprise me with toner.

                      Didn't the 3025 originally come with the consumable PCU?
                      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
