i have an ap 410 printer that consistantly lags on single sided registration on the second and following sheets from 5 to 15mm. replaced all clutches, feed roller, pad, reg sensor. any ideas?

Can you observe that the reg clutch is disengaging between sheets and not constantly on? I've seen flaky engine boards where the clutch stayed constantly on, keeping the lead edge from buckling and setting the registration. You might also try adjusting the buckle (SP1-003) if it is turning off and on. -
It appears to cycle normally visually, already played around with reg buckle, but ill try a new engine board and a another new reg clutch.Comment

Hi Guys,
I have been playing with two AP410's that are coming up with delay jams at rego. First sheet is exited but stays in machine about 50mm, the second sheet may be at the fuser but has no image on it. I have replaced pickup and sep pad, rego, pickup and feed clutches and rego sensor. still jamming. I have a engine board on order too. If you get a resolve please let me know.Copiers are only as good as there last serviceComment
