Need more information please. What is the jam code, is it just stopping or are you getting accordion jams, jamming on first side going back into duplexer or after 2nd side is processed. Has the fuser been rebuilt (flat spots on the pressure roller will give you jamming issues)?
Could be anything mate. Check condition of fuser, moisture in paper, dirty sensors (mainly duplex and bridge units,) or sometinhg still jammed inside. If its not the fuser or paper, I would reckon a good disassembly and clean out will get you going again.
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. ~Thomas Edison
Check the duplex junction gate at the top of the duplexer, the arm at the rear end can break off preventing the solenoid from actuating it to divert the paper in. If that's ok, also check the pressure roller for flat spots as that will make the paper jump as it exits and cause misreadings of the exit sensor.
It's the exit sensor up there in the invertor section. Had it a couple weeks ago. Don't know why it only does it with duplex copies, but mine was the same way. must be the curl of the paper makes it a little farther away from the sensor and the sensor gets weak from all the heat is my guess.
The solenoid cushion pads in the exit section get goopy from the heat and start sticking. Pull off the scanner and remove the exit section to check. It's really not that big of a job, I've had to do it several times.

x2. I do this to all of them because they all do it.
