Hello,

I have a code SC-120 on a MP2000.
This code occurs only during a scan to email
on the windows of exposure. But if I made copies on the window it works. In the document feeder scans also work.

At each scan to email on the glass code SC 120
occurs. I change the BICU, but it's always the same. I check and clean the sensors.

That's strange, never heard of that problem before. I think the first thing to do would be to make sure you have the latest firmware or reinstall it if you do.

HI, I have had the same problem on an MP2000

Copy from glass ok, but scan to email no good off glass, everything goes good from the document feeder copy and scan to email.

I replaced the carriage drive motor, carriage assembly, carriage home position sensor and loom, BICU and the whole controller, still the problem occurrs, I haven't found a solution yet, so I would like to know too.

I find a solution, but I do not know yet if its going to last.
You will in the SP mode COPY - Scanner - Scan Auto Adj. And you execute.

It was work, but I is not that the fault will return.

I have de same problem, and replace the scanner motor, solve for a weks, but return to same. I try another solution that solve at today, i change de default resolution of digitalization to 300dpi from user tools.

Ok Then. Setting it to 300dpi worked for me. I can die now. I have seen everything :-)
