Difference between 7200 fuser and 3200 fuser

Just wondering. I have a couple 7200 fuser units collecting dust and I would like to be able to throw them in a 32 series in a pinch.

Do you mean the 3228/3235/3245 ? They are not even close to being compatible with a 7200. All of the parts are different and they don't have an oil unit.
