customer called me today and said they scanned something (to email) and 20 min later they still cant copy or even turn the machine off(at the operation switch on top). She said it was 5 pages and the display just reads processing" I told her to give it another 15 min and see. She called back and said there was no change. I hesitated to tell her to turn the main switch off for fear it will f up the HD. Sounds familiar but I cant think of a cause. Help?

Well, a tech went over there today and it was still stuck in scanning. Printing from the network was fine. So I told him to turn off the main switch and back on and that took care of it. Lucky.sigpic
