    [CQ] Ricoh mpc3000/savinc3030

got a good one, copier doesen't print cyan or yellow, looked at dv units, mag rollers had no pigment at all totally black, changed dv, ran good for a few hundred copies and back to original problem, opening and closing the door causes the machine to say adding toner for a good couple of minutes, if i cheat the front door, the cyan and yellow are the ones turning, it will complete as if its finished adding toner but never seems to get in the dv unit. If i had a clog wouldnt it read toner out? Bringing this one into the shop, any ideas?

Check the TD sensor to ensure there isn't toner build up on it that may give a false reading. Check the DV bias that it's within specs. Is it OEM toner? Is there a "toner dune", or is it never getting to the roller? DV drive motor(s)? Do the C&Y run off the same drive? Reload/update the firmware.
