[Error Code] sc 552 on dsm 651

hi guys been having a sc 552 when reset it works for some time then reappears,
is it something to do with thermistors or thermofuse,the manuals don't highlight the code,

Fusing thermistor error 2
The end thermistor ( contact type ) is : bent, damaged, or out of postion. I always change both thermistors when I have a problem with one of them.
