I wrote a detailed procedure for that over here. Be sure to follow it thoroughly.

Take the NVRAM and shake it real hard, or put it in a Maytag dishwasher.

I don't think anyone here will answer that, especially out in the open. Basically, if you don't have the required knowledge already then asking on a forum isn't going to help. It's a little like asking for a tutorial on explosives or cooking drugs. Good luck.

jokeing aside, you need to put it under a heat source, may i suggest putting in a domestic oven, on a metal roasting dish, temp 210 degrees C or gas mark 8 for 20 mins. do not open the door until the 20 mins are up as this will cause temp fluxuations and may not clear the nvram. or if you want the job done quicker, put it into a 850w microwave on full power for 6 mins

2-3 swings of a boh will do the trick. safety first, don't forget safety glasses and don't hit your thumb.

industrial magnets and lots of them, just waive them over the controller, nvram, memory, and hard drive as well as any other PCB you can find, and the touch panel just for good measure.

That was almost my idea of how I could erase my tax records at the IRS. You use a chopper to fly the biggest horse shoe magnet over the IRS to screw up all the computers.
