    Ricoh AF2105 SC495

    Hello!
I just made a mistake moving a Ricoh AF2105 without following the instructions of SM where is written :"Before moving the copier be sure to switch off toner bank motor and coil clutch."
After we moved the copier it shows SC495(because i didint followed the instructions in SM),
but the problem is what can i do to repair my fault because every part is working and is perfectly and SC495 is there again.I tried to reset copier SP5801,tried toner motor modes and still nothing.
    Please help me

Unfortunately, the problem is the toner is now compacted in the toner supply system, causing the drive to lock. You will need to disassemble an clean/vacuum the tubes/hoses in the back to get it going. Not a lot of fun to say the least....
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3.3 SC495: TONER BOTTLE UNIT ERROR
The toner hopper sensor cannot detect toner even if the toner supply coil clutch turns on for 2 seconds x 10 times during toner supply during copying.
Severity Level - Reset with the main power switch.
    Possible Causes:
    • Failure to do Transportation procedure before moving the machine (Information located A294/A295 SM 3-33)
    • Toner hopper sensor defective
    • Toner supply motor defective
    • Toner supply coil clutch defective
    • Toner supply motor connector connection
    • Toner supply coil clutch connector connection
    • Toner near-end sensor defective
    • Toner clogged in the supply system

Yes, as mentioned a beautiful job indeed. It is likely easier to replace the hoses, but you can beat the toner out of them if need be. The air chanber will be completely full as will the auger feeding up from the toner hopper. These will need to vacuumed out completely. Sometimes the air pump get clogged up too but it will usually clear once everything else is cleaned or replaced.
