[CQ] mpc3500 white back groud not white

Hi all,
working on MPC 3500. run test pattern came out perfect color and perfect white back ground . but making a color copy the white back ground is kind of purple. can some one tell me how to adjust it. thanks.

Turn on Auto Density - Go to user tools> copier features>general Features>auto image density>full color> on.

dont forget to give the optics a clean as well.

If the optics was clean... kindly check sp mode 4-685 to 4-867 and put the non-default settings of the machine...
maybe the settings was set back to default setting or possibly the machine was memory cleared.

Thank you for all advices. auto image density of full color was turn off, turned it back on and fixed.
