    Ricoh CL7300 Web Image Monitor

    Hi Guys,
    Suggestions appreciated on this.
Installed CL7300 yesterday, IT dept remotely installed on customers server & all well.
Had a phone call this morning saying nobody can print.
Went on site & every print job failed even directly from server.
Ping IP address ok, but when you try & access Web Image Monitor it gives code 403 with the message 'Unauthorized Access', (same message you get as when incorrectly entering username & password 3 times in a row) except this happens on 1st attempt.
So, disconnected from network & hook up to laptop via crossover & same issue.
Print jobs fail & cant access Web Monitor but i can ping IP.
    USB printing is fine.
Spoke to the IT people & asked if they had changed anything in Web Monitor, only to be told 'mmmmm dont think so, we were just having a look!'
Why cant people leave things alone eh!!
Anyway, what have they changed?? Security issue??? I am at a bit of loss here guys!!

You could try an NCS memory clear to reset all networking settings to default. Then, set the customer on fire. Problem sorted!
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

I agree with setting customer on fire!!
Bloody IT people had set access control range 192.168.001.002 - 192.168.001.002

      Any way issue sorted
