MCE tool CL7000 firmware update

Hi Guys

I am having trouble getting the MCE tool to work. I want to update the firmware of a CL7000 that is keep saying "Reset fuser unit" after a techie cleared a PM counter.

I installed the MCE software but keep getting a error "Required PC memory window (D000) not available. If this is the case CARD OPERATIONS will not work."

any ideas????

You may have a device that is occupying the memory address range that the software wants. I believe you either have to manually choose a new range or reassign the other device a new range. Good luck, that's pretty deprecated software though I've never had an issue with it when I had it.
