I have several of these machines and I know Ricoh does not support them any longer. I have a problem with several of them. When you run the machine as a copier the quality is great, but when you scan to file with an older original you can see the csp head segments on the monitor and they do print when you print from file. This can be adjusted out using the set up procedures but then you mess up the copier quality.
