Customer was sending faxes out from the copier and when she received the confirmation sheet she noticed that it read no answer. However certain people she sent the faxes too said they received while others told her they didnt. There was a lot of rain yesterday and was wondering if perhaps it could be effecting the phone line or even gotten into the phone lines and if this could cause the problem? Or is this a problem with the copier itself and what can be done to fix it? Any help appreciated, thank you.
