The Gurus (Ricoh Australia) have been hailed and prayed to, their last message sent down a godly grapevine was REPLACE THE NVRAM. ((((...thunder and lighting rumble in the background....))))

We tried all of the above suggestions, with some different flavors here and there added for good measure, but the NVRAM is the spanner in the works with this machine apparently.... We'll see if our prayers have been answered, thanks Guru's....
