I have an MPC2050 with code SC396. I can not find the
solution. The photocopier in one month only. Can you
help me?

396 relates to Bk drum/dev motor.
Check if the drum is too hard to turn by hand. Compare with other units. There is also a torque check in sp mode somewhere.
Check if the 24v fuse on the PSU has blown.
Check drum/development motor.
Also check for crimped wires.

Have you done any work to this machine proir to this code?
