How many copies has the machine done ?

    1. Check the rego roller bush'(s) haven't collapsed.

    MPC or MP2500 ?
    2. The ITB (Image Transfer Belt ) not torn or damaged ?

Almost 100% sure that the registration bushing(s) are broken. Often the one at the front.

X3. seen this happen may times. it breaks and the pressure is gone on that side, so the image is skewed.

Most likely the front bushing is broken but it could also be the rear.... When you replace the bushing, secure the position of the regroller so it wil not be pushed out on the other side ! It 's a lot of xtra work when that happens.......Let someone fix the regrol into place while changing the bushing.
technicians are the only ones that don't trust technical stuff !
