Inside the cleaning unit. Easier to access on the D029 than the B223 drums.

Try looking a little harder... Its right behind the cleaning brush.

Performing this removal can be messy, so be prepared !

Remove the 2 screws that hold the waste toner auger. When you remove the screw the 2 metal tabs at either end can fall out, so its best to just remove them. Work the assembly off gently. Now if your pulling the assy from the top then all the toner will fall into the drum unit, if you remove it while its on the side it will fall onto the whatever your working on.
Ricoh & Microsoft may pay the bills but Un*x saves my ass every day.
      MCSE/CCNE/ENS and other crap...

Somebody asked for a different type of charge roller clean. roller and i found that 'precisionroller' sells type MP 4000 P.N : B082-2329 for use in MPC-4500 PCU's. I have not yet the luxury to test/verify the efficiency of this part...but perhaps someone has already tested that??

That looks like the brush roller that applies the wax to the drum to me Polo, rather than the charge roller cleaning roller
