Custom paper settings on Ricoh 2800

We use a specialty toner to print for ceramic tiles. We currently use thick 3 paper type but on some images with heavy toner areas, it doesn't always fuse properly. There are the "custom" paper types, how are the parameters set for these. I would like to slow the print/fusing process. Any other ideas for helping to fuse better would also be welcome, Thank you

I think thick 3 is the best it can do without actually getting into the sp modes and messing with fuser temp, speed, etc., but that could get dicey as you would probably also have to match regist. motor speed as well.
Don't take that toner with me!

Thank you, I was afraid of that. I have maxed put the temp on thick 3 and just need a little more

        Joke Alert.

How do you manage to get ceramic tiles to go through the fusing unit.

Do you open up the duplex unit slightly?
