replaced hdd, checked connect cn609, clean id sensor, potenial sensor, set process control to off, checked thermistors, fuser temp in output mode checks good, still after one copy job the message comes up "please wait" Help anything else would be helpfull.

Disconnect all options, disconnect HDD altogether. Try then. How did you clean the potential sensor? With air or did you vacuum it off? Try reseating the memory DIMM too. Are there any SC codes registered?It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
