STRANGE SC541

Hello everybody,
I have this ricoh 1018d showing sc541. When I clear the code goes away and machine runs but the code returns b4 the macine is ready. Changed fuser unit, main board, power board, yet no way. Somebody help.

sounds like the only thing u haven't done is a memory clear or f/w update.
