salve ho un problema su una mpc2050 nuova 10.000copie a volte capita che quando il cliente inserisce la copia nell'ADF non riconosce il foglio sia in copia che in fax, e lo deve rinserire per vederlo questo capita poche volte,e' come il sensore adf non riconosce il foglio ma poi funziona.sembra che stia tutto ok come ho potuto vedere sul posto.a qualcuno e' capitato questo problema? grazie mille
Hi I have a problem on a new mpc2050 10.000copie sometimes happens that when the customer enters the ADF does not recognize the paper copy is a copy of that fax, and must re-enter to see this happen a few times, and 'as the sensor ADF does not recognize the package but then funziona.sembra that is okay as I could see someone on posto.a 'happened this issue? thank you very much
