    [Dead] C900 Service Mode

    Can anyone tell me how to enter service mode on the Ricoh Pro C900?
    A new cleaning web was put in, but the counter was not reset.

          Hi, I'm stuck with a C720. I need to enter SP mode to reset PM counter for replaced items.

          Does anyone know the secret key strokes?
