    [Error Code] Ricoh SP4210

Machine error gives SC543 or SC542. According to the manual, this means replacing the fuser. This is done but the message remains.
    is there another cause?

    Thanks in advance

Did you reset the SC code in service mode after replacing the fuser? With it being a level A code the machine won't try starting the fuser again until it's been reset.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Odd. Check the connector for paper fragments or bent pins. After that, blown fuses or replace the PSU I'm afraid.
