Hi all have recently started working on these model of ricohs and i am stuck went to a call on one of these machines where it is recording jams in the cover interposer j130 1st paper feed sensor.Customer is using cardstock just wondering if anyone has any ideas i have heard through over techs this could be a faulty main board in the cover interposer not sure what else i should be looking at.Any suggestions would be great.

I had one where the covers wouldn't feed covers beyond a certain weight, I added a spring to the pick-up mechanism (there is a spot for one) from a replace fuser stripper finger assembly, the compression springs, #AA06 3853. Fit perfectly, ended up ordering springs for the rest of the machines.

Only with heavy covers, lighter stuff goes through pretty well.
