yet another hair puller for me. sc541 comes up when customer turns it on in the morning. today, it won't reset and there is no reading for either thermistor. they are both at 0 for temp. i had heard there was a TSB on this, and it could be related to the drum potential sensor? does anybody have this TSB they could send me? any help is much appreciated in advance!
