    Just another tip to add to this post.

    I've noticed that sep pad arms and where they sit and slide in the tray holder can stick (due to paper dust) at the rear which can cause lob sided motion/tension.
    I also find stretching the tray plate spring out a little and using WD40 to bring the paper feed rollers back to black is helping a lot as well.

    Also worth noting we had one instant of fairly consistent ' Z ' jamming problem at registration.
    When we put our multi-meter on the case it turned out the BICU PCB was not supplying the correct voltages to the reg motor.
    Was pretty hard to spot as the BICU was fully operational in every respect apart from this one fault.
    One of the signs to look for is if the reg roller appears to get stuck but can be manually freed (this is the faulty voltage causing the reg motor to lock up basically).
