[Error Code] Ricoh Aficio 1105 SC335/332

[ATSBMCO]

I had a call to rectify an error sc332 on an Aficio 1105.

The machine also displayed error sc335 polygon mirror motor error.

The polygon motor is free and is spinning but it seems a little slow.

Any ideas would be helpfull.

SC332 is a laser diode error. I would suggest replacing the polygon mirror motor

I downloaded the manual and parts manual from the tessa site, but there are missing pages for some reason, and it doesn't show the laser page.

Do you by any chance have a part number for the item?

I don't know exactly the parts number of this machine but what i know is that you need to change your polygon mirror motor, correct me if I am wrong, your unit is more likely as AF1015 which has a bad history within the polygonal problem.

Here, in our country usually we change the unit PMM with a polygon mirror motor from Aficio 20" series models i.e. AF2015, 2018 or MP2000, MP1500, MP1600 since theyre more tougher than those 10' series.
