Which finisher? SR5020? Are the looms stretched on the various parts of the punch assembly? The unit can move and may be pulling out the plugs??? or chafing against the frame??

Ricoh got back to me there seems to be an issue with the punch on this finisher, there is no known fix as yet , it has been escalated to Japan. I was told to just warrenty punch every time

also found if u adjust the jumpers on the pcb u can fix it to a 2 hole punch and the fault goes away, it will keep the customer running except u cant 4 hole punch,it seem that this disables the switch motor, as on non europe punches it doesnt have this motor..
