Hello,

I have a ricoh af 1075 and it shows error code sc-441.

I have opened the drum unit and developer unit if there is a stuck there but nothing?

Can anyone help please??

then try to clean the tank unit developement

Remove the developing tank unit and turn it manually to confirmed whether its jam or not.
If yes, then look for the developer harden inside the dv tank that cause the jam.
Or take out the development motor to check the wear off of the shaft and the bushing.
