Getting blotches of toner (not just images, you can feel them once fused) only on my first print. Also, the fuser cleaning roller is getting extreme toner build-up prematurely. NEW: hot roller, fuser bearings, cleaning roller, drum, waste toner casing w/ new seal, main charge, cleaning blade, id sensor, developer 16W/2 bags. Pretty much rebuilt the machine. No indication of a toner spill when I take it all apart...very clean. Don't see blotches when I stop copy process 1/2 way thru under drum. Frustrating !

Had this once, always on the first print after coming out of energy save. Cured by increasing the ready temperature by 5 degrees. -
