[Misc] MP C6000 Stuck print job in queue- Holds all other print jobs

I have a huge problem and I am looking for a solution so here we go
I have 15 MP C6000 Ricoh MFPs deployed in one building. I have been battling a problem that has been growing and growing now about every week at least once every other day or even everyday I have about 2-3 copiers stuck and unable to print because there is a pending job to print in the print queue. The job will not release to print it just states printing but nothing routes to the printer to print. This holds up the queue and prevents any other print jobs from reaching the copier. User will try to delete print job but will not delete out of queue so we have to call our systems team to restart services on the copier from the print server. This all started about 1 yr ago and it would occur on 1 copier then over the months started to go the other copiers now it has almost hit every copier in the building. The print queue will lock up on Microsoft offices apps and PDF as well as screen shots from the web.
    Specs
    Win server 2k3 sp2
Print driver- RICOH Aficio MP C6000 PCL 5c- Switched between PCL6 and Postscript
    Turned off AOF service
    Set SSDP to inactive
800 employees with about 50+ printing to each MFP.
Docsend units also connected to network in order to scan documents.

I have been working with IKON and our systems team to identify the issue but no solution. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have found the solution?

    Thanks

can you re-produce the issue with the same files? MS Office/PDF doesn't sound really fancy so maybe this is something network related (ocasionally bad switch/connection). That's not always easy to determine, especially in larger companies where you probably can't bring your own switch/computer and bypass the customers IT enviroment stepwise.

Last week I had the same problem in an environment like yours. I'm waiting the outcome of the intervention. So far everything has worked perfectly.
      First partially formatted HDD (SP-5832-4 / SP-5832-5 / SP-5832-6)
Then i upgraded firmware (system / Printer / PS / PDF) and new drivers (PCL6)
It's been a few days and everything has worked well (so far). But as Jan Summer said, you can have network problems ...
If so, my friend you are buried in a problem

We also updated the firmware on the MFP but same issue occurs. Also have not checked if the same files will replicate the issue. But I have noticed everytime IKON services the machine if any files are sent to print the queue it will get locked.
