tray malfunction

guys, can you help me solve my problem?I have been working with aficio 2045 with a tray lift problem. I spent several hours just to find out where the problem was.When I closed the tray, the paper started to lift up to its standard level and then it went down again to its original position. I already changed the lift up motor and exchanged the board where the lift up motor is connected and still no luck. I also removed the feeding unit and cleaned all sensors in it yet the problem remains unsolved. The tray 1 is working fine.

Did you saw the sensors? I had a similar problem and had the sensor that detects paper damaged.
Try see the input cheks. Or change all the sensors from one tray to the other
